EASC Special Event: A Conversation on Future Career Paths with Former US Senior Diplomat Sarah Beran
Join the East Asian Studies Center, 21st Century Japan Politics and Society Initiative, and the Hamilton Lugar Office for Policy Engagement and Strategic Partnerships on Tuesday October 27 for an informal lunch and career conversation with special guest Sarah Beran, President of the National Committee on US-China Relations.Sarah Beran spent 23 years in the U.S. Foreign Service, most recently as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. Before that, she was the Senior Director for China and Taiwan Affairs at the White House National Security Council.This lunch is for graduate and undergraduate students - attendance is capped at the first 25 students to RSVP.
