Masterclass @ 12:00 p.m. Concert @ 3:00 p.m.Both events are free and open to the public. Join us! The concert is an hour-long soundscape comprising eighteen tableaus that address issues such as mistaken identity, incarceration, injustice, politics, psychology, and resilience. The performance intentionally provokes discomfort at times, aiming to engage audiences emotionally and provoke reflection. Rather than providing answers, the work raises questions and shines a light on the complex realities of wrongful imprisonment. The creators view art as a platform for advocacy, allowing them to raise their voices in a memorable and empathic way. They believe that in today's socio-political climate, artistic engagement with pressing issues is more vital than ever. The piece emphasizes the universality of the threat of wrongful incarceration and encourages the use of art as a powerful tool for cultural and social change. Ultimately, "The Innocents" demonstrates how the performing arts can inspire awareness and action around urgent social issues. Admission and Parking Information:
