Oscar-winning documentarians Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor spent three years investigating the technological systems inherent to modern warfare, uncovering their inner workings from the people who designed them. Through interviews with two dozen intelligence officers and soldiers, the film unfolds how civilian causalities are increasing as warfare becomes increasingly technologized and AI-assisted. While the revelations uncovered during the film were published in real-time by The Guardian and other outlets over the last three years, the film's power lies in the unvarnished testimony of its participants, letting their own words contextualize their decisions. Winner of the Special Jury Prize at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival. [80 min; documentary; Hebrew with English subtitles]
