Heartland Marimba Quartet

Four instruments, eight hands, sixteen mallets! The Heartland Marimba Quartet is a marvel to behold. Since their founding in 2014, Heartland Marimba has been working to advance the marimba art form and reach as many audiences, students, performers, and composers as possible. This program will showcase modern-day influences of the marimba repertoire, drawing inspiration from electronic music, video game soundtracks, folk music, jazz, ragtime, dance and more!
