Begin your morning with a rejuvenating sound bath led by Karen Ison Watson from Cosmic Dragonfly Wellness, set in the holiday railway Garden. Relax and reset surrounded by the small town. After the class, enjoy a guided 30-minute tour of the indoor University of Michigan Health-West: Christmas & Holiday Traditions exhibit. Please bring your own yoga mat, bolsters, and cushions if prefer sitting or laying on the ground.
