New Adults Social Group (ages 18-30)

Join us each month for activities, geared towards adults ages 18-30. Activities range from art nights, mindfulness or meditation, wellness or community projects. Discussions include navigating adulthood, friendships and relationships, work/life balance, stress management, identity, and other areas relevant to young adulthood, depending on interest.

No registration required, open to all.

CEC Health Care is a not-for-profit human services provider that also operates a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which is part of the network of FQHCs under the auspices of Sun River Health.
