The Phensic: ServeHAITI Benefit Show

We are playing a benefit show to raise funds for ServeHAITI, a U.S. nonprofit organization founded in 2001 that works in the rural mountain region of Grand-Bois, Haiti. It partners with local residents to build self-sufficiency through healthcare, clean water, education, and economic development. The Phensic features members of ska/reggae bands Bigger Thomas, Hub City Stompers and Rude Boy George. They play what they call Indie Reggae Soul: a danceable cocktail of 60's & 70's reggae, punk & 2 Tone. Known for high-energy shows and infectious melodies, The Phensic channel the spirit of The Specials, The Clash, Bad Brains, Amy Winehouse, and Arctic Monkeys.. Expect rhythm, riffs, and real soul—ska reimagined for today.
