Capturing the Scent of Time: Bilingual Bookmaking Workshop
Capturing the Scent of Time is a series of bilingual bookmaking workshops inspired by Byung-Chul Han’s philosophy of “the art of lingering.” Led by
artists Patricia Cazorla and Nancy Saleme, with guest artist and Pulitzer Prize winner Medar de la Cruz, the program invites participants to slow
down, observe, reflect, and create through drawing, photography, watercolor, creative writing, and bookbinding.
Participants will explore the relationship between visual art, writing, nature, and contemplation, including guided observation and creative activities
connected to Brooklyn Bridge Park. Throughout the program, they will create personal artist books and contribute to a collective book.
Materials + snacks are included.
Registration is highly recommended.

observación guiada vinculadas a Brooklyn Bridge Park.
