CBD 2026: (In-person) iPause Guided Practice with Rev. Dereca Blackmon - Mantra as Medicine: How Spiritual Spoken Word Heals Our Busy Minds
Join us in person at Memorial Church for an iPause Guided Practice session with Rev. Dereca Blackmon. Through guided reflection, breath, and shared silence, participants will be invited to settle into the present moment and reconnect with the wisdom within.
