CBD 2026: iPause Guided Practice - Envisioning a Positive Future with Diana Winston

In this guided meditation, we’ll ground ourselves in basic mindfulness meditation to cultivate clarity, stability, concentration, and calm. From a more internally connected place we will use the power of our imagination to envision the world we want to live in. This inspiring meditation is based on the idea that if we want to see healthier, kinder, and more ethical social, political, and environmental systems worldwide, we have to start with imagining it. This practice also will address the sense of hopelessness and disempowerment.

This iPause Practice is part of a two-part series with Diana Winston in the Contemplation By Design Summit.

To deepen the skills you develop during this iPause Guided practice, please consider attending Diana Winston's keynote lecture titled Reclaiming Presence and Ethical Grounding in Challenging Times on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 4:00-5:15pm.

You are welcome to join one or both of Diana's Summit sessions.
