Matt Nash directs the Stanford Graduate School of Business Center for Social Innovation, which educates insightful leaders for social and environmental change. Previously, Matt launched several initiatives at Duke University to support social entrepreneurs, nonprofit executives, and board members to strengthen their capacity to achieve impact at scale. He has been advising and training social sector leaders for more than three decades.Nora Dettor is Director of Training and Communications at Spring Impact, a global consultancy dedicated to helping social organizations scale their impact. She leads Spring Impact's training academy, working directly with nonprofit leaders and their boards as they navigate the practical and strategic decisions that come with scaling.
