SJSU First-Year Writing Program's Digital Literacy Showcase Fall 2026

Students come to SJSU with a wide variety of cultural, digital, educational, and linguistic backgrounds. When they enroll in First-Year Writing, they complete a wide variety of activities and assignments drawing on those backgrounds. Unfortunately, most of us don't have opportunities to see the amazing, complex work different students (and instructors) are doing in different classes. The Digital Literacy Showcase is one way we've tried to peek into each other's experiences while also reinforcing key teaching and learning practices.
