This practical, parent-friendly workshop explains the differences between SSTs, IEPs, and 504 Plans and helps parents understand their options, ask the right questions, and take the next step in supporting their child at school. Presented by a pediatric occupational therapist, special education teacher, and special education attorney.

Molly Bullard

Molly is a pediatric occupational therapist with 20 years of experience supporting children and families. In addition to her work as a school-based OT, she has focused on helping families understand their child’s needs, navigate school supports, and identify practical strategies that promote participation and independence.

Amelia Jones

Amelia is a non-attorney special education advocate and educator who helps families navigate the IEP process. She focuses on peaceful, constructive collaboration with school teams to ensure every child receives the individualized support and access they deserve.

Natashe Washington

Natashe Washington is a member of the California, New York, and South African bars and has an extensive litigation background. Before starting her own practice, Natashe (pronounced “Natasha”) served as a Senior Public Prosecutor in South Africa for ten years, where she prosecuted major criminal cases involving rape, murder, and robbery and received numerous commendations for her work.

After moving to the United States, Natashe began practicing special education law in 2008. Since then, she has represented families in numerous special education matters and due process proceedings, advocating to ensure that children receive the appropriate services, supports, and educational placements to which they are entitled. She is passionate about her work and tirelessly advocates for appropriate educational programs and placements for her clients.
