Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Meeting
Is Food a Problem for You? You Are Not Alone.
In OA, members experience spiritual, emotional, and physical recovery by practicing the Twelve Steps and living by their spiritual principles—one day at a time.
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of people who support each other in recovering from compulsive eating and food behaviors. If you feel you have a problem with food, OA welcomes you—no matter what your background, beliefs, or eating habits.
We hold an in-person meetings at 9:30 on Sunday mornings at Church of the Nazarene, 18980 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA (a small room directly off of parking lot; look for the sign posted) and newcomers are always welcome.
You may view all North Bay OA in-person and online meetings at https://www.northbayoa.org/meetings.html
OA is not a diet club or calorie-counting program.
Members have different plans of eating.
OA does not endorse any specific food plan.
