Jazz in the Plaza

Every Sunday: Free, live jazz every week performed by some of the best musicians in the SF Bay Area and beyond, right in the heart of downtown Petaluma! Every Sunday from 1 to 3:30, local jazz bassist and music book publisher Chuck Sher presents a rotating ensemble of professional, veteran jazz musicians in Putnam Plaza Park, right next to the Speakeasy. In partnership with Music in Place, Jamey Aebersold Jazz Books, JamBar, and MadCap Labs, this event started in 2020 and has since become a staple for locals and visitors alike.
