The Judgment of Paris: Stag's Leap Master Class

Join Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars winemaker Luis Contreras for a master class celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Judgment of Paris, where the winery’s 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon won first place among the red wines.

The experience begins with a look at the history of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and the significance of the Judgment of Paris, followed by a guided tasting of four wines: AVETA Sauvignon Blanc, KARIA Chardonnay, ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon, and S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon.

Following the master class, enjoy a picnic lunch from Market, included with your experience and complete with your choice of sandwich, chips, a Carneros cookie, and boxed water.

Each guest will receive a Carneros Resort and Spa wine journal to accompany the tasting. Featured wines will also be available by the bottle, with a tote bag included with each purchase, or by the glass to enjoy with lunch.
