Costumed kids trick or treat at over 80 merchant shops We also have a festival on Delaware at Fourth Street with all sorts of free activities and entertainment for everyone! TRICK OR TREAT on Fourth Street at 80 merchants shops on Fourth Street between University and Virginia. PARKING Please feel free to park at the lot at the corner or Virginia and Fourth. It is open to the public, pay to park lot.
