Through an Open Window film series

Join us for this weekly film series exploring voyeurism and theatricality, cocktail charm and social taboos. Curated alongside the exhibition “GaHee Park: Behind the Curtain,” the series is a funhouse mirror of themes and motifs found in Park’s art. From classics like “Rear Window,” to iconic shorts by Maya Deren and Joan Jonas, to the technicolor epic “The Red Shoes,” it’s a highly personal survey of cinematic inspirations. Best of all, it’s only $15 to enjoy a movie, themed snacks, and gallery admission. The films include ️ August 15: Rear Window ️ August 22: And Life Goes On ️ August 29: Goodbye, Dragon Inn ️ September 5: Querelle ️ September 12: Pandora and Flying Dutchman ️ September 19: Trouble in Paradise ️ September 26: Yourself and Yours ️ October 3: A New Leaf ️ October 10: The Music Room ️ October 17: The Ceremony ️ October 24: Silent Shorts Program ️ October 31: The Red Shoes Moira Shearer in “The Red Shoes” \(1948\).
