Dead You is an Alternative Post Hardcore band established in the summer of 2023 from Mid-City Los Angeles, California. Channeling the raw spirit of 80s and 90s alternative genres—hardcore, punk, emo, shoegaze, folk, skate/ska punk, and pop—into a sound that’s uniquely their own. With honest, intentional songwriting and a nod to the legacy of their influences, Dead You crafts music that’s both visceral and deliberate. Actively shaking up the Southern California local music scene, this dynamic crew is carving out their place with gritty performances and a fresh take on punk’s enduring edge.
