Holiday Cookie Swap

Come fill up your cookie jar with a variety of cookies this winter! Bring your best holiday cookies and join The Ely Folk School for a holiday exchange. Many of us have favorite cookie recipes and stories to accompany them. Please, prepare a couple batches of your favorite or most treasured homemade cookies to bring. We'll ask everyone to share their recipe and a story about why they made that cookie recipe. Learn about the cookie traditions of your neighbors, take home new recipes, and enjoy a plate full of treats!

Please plan to bring along about 2 dozen cookies and a take-home container, and plan to leave with a variety of cookies from friends. Bring along a printed recipe if possible.

We will also be joined by the Ely Community Resource Friday Network, who will be baking and participating in the Swap as part of their weekly programming. All ages are welcome--this will be a truly intergenerational event for sharing something we
