Celebrating the Work of Linda Doebbert

Beloved Detroit Lakes, Minnesota artist, Linda Doebbert captured the warmth, light, and everyday poetry of Midwestern life. This retrospective spans several decades of paintings, drawings, and mixed media. More than a survey of a singular practice, this retrospective is a portrait of relationship: between artist and place, artwork and audience, past and present. In gathering these works, the community that nurtured Doebbert's career and cherished her presence is invited to see anew the beauty she saw first.
