The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center invites artists to participate in our
8 x 8 Show, a small works exhibition and fundraiser supporting the Cultural Center's mission and programming.
Held in conjunction with our annual
Artist's Bazaar, this exhibition offers strong visibility and a festive, high-traffic environment for artists and collectors alike.

Submission Guidelines
Limit
3 submissions per artist
All artwork must measure exactly
8 x 8 inches
\(height and width\)
Depth may vary
Artists must
supply their own canvas or base
All media are accepted, provided the work is ready to
hang on the wall
All artwork must be for sale
Delivery Information
Artwork may be dropped off during open hours between:
Tuesday, November 3 - Wednesday, November 11
at the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center.
Cultural Center Open Hours
Tuesday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 3 PM
Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed

Please clearly label the back of each artwork with:

Fundraiser Sales Structure
This exhibition serves as a fundraiser for the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center.

minimum 50% commission
from each sale will be retained by the Cultural Center
Artists may choose to contribute
75%
or
100%
of the sale as a donation
Pick-Up for Unsold Work
Unsold artwork may be picked up beginning:
Tuesday, December 1
at the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center.
