Halloween Costume Contest (All Ages)

We heard your pleas...we will be hosting a costume contest at the library for all ages! Make sure you are at Elwood Public Library by 4pm on October 30th for a chance to strut your stuff in your Halloween costume. Staff and audience will help decide the winners. Prizes will be awarded in Youth \(ages 0-15\) and Adult \(ages 16\+\) categories. We can't wait to see what you come up with!
