The Elwood Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 2026 Halloween Spooktacular on Saturday, October 24 from 2 to 6 pm. There will be fun for the whole family. Come and enjoy arts & craft booths, food trucks, a bounce house, games and live entertainment. At 6 pm join us for the Children's Halloween Parade around the back of the park and enjoy a large group of organizations and businesses doing trunk or treats.
