Join us on October 20 for our Caymus Vineyards Wine Dinner, featuring four courses curated by our culinary team and paired with a selection of wines from the Caymus family.
The evening's menu includes wild mushroom arancini, a spinach salad with Honeycrisp apples, braised short rib with tamarind demi-glace and smoked Gouda potato cake, and salted caramel bread pudding, each complemented by a distinctive wine pairing.
Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m., with tickets priced at $125 per person. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
