Historical Walking Tour

Enjoy a walking tour with our docents as they journeys through the historic sections of Cave Hill Cemetery, from the cemetery's founding in 1848 to the early 1900s when the cemetery expanded to the northeast cemetery property. 2025 is the 177th anniversary of our lovely Victorian-era garden-style Cemetery. The story of Louisville's early history lies with the legacy of the families interred in Cave Hill. \*Tour is approximately 2 miles in length.
