Spill the Tea" is NAMI Dubuque's women's support group, offering a safe, open-minded space for women (ages 18+) to connect and share experiences. We discuss current topics and how they affect women, exploring challenges as well as our successes. This is a great opportunity to connect and share support with other women on their journey.
