Cave Tastings at August Hill Winery

Go behind the scenes where the magic happens at our Winery & Vineyard in Peru, Illinois. Step inside our working winery caves where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are crafted and aged. Enjoy a guided wine journey with a small group, featuring six hand-selected wines and a signature tasting glass to take home. Tickets are $30 per person; $20 for Insider Wine Club members \(limit 2 discounted tickets per day\). Reserve a Spot: Cave Tastings are offered seasonally on Saturdays and Sundays at 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving in advance.
