Activating Hope: Fueling the Work From our Traditions, Values, and Community

Facilitated by Rev. Dr. Hannah Adams Ingram, Associate Dean for Institutional Equity and College Chaplain, Center for Religious and Spiritual Life How do people continue pushing for a better world without the kind of burnout that pushes them out of the work? How do people keep moving forward in a context that feels hopeless? In this workshop, we will explore ways people have answered this prescient question in past and in present movements. Participants will also engage in a reflective process for identifying our own traditions, values, and support networks that help them continue to choose hope over despair.
