adrienne maree brown

Help us get ready for the 33rd International Roundtable (IRT) with a special pre-event featuring bestselling author and activist adrienne maree brown, in virtual conversation with Professor Joëlle Vitiello, IRT Co-Chair. For the International Roundtable, our storytelling and this conversation alike turns toward haunting, monstrosity, and spirits. These ideas resonate given the rise of state violence and resistance against it - here and everywhere. We will engage with our particular place and time: Minnesota, 2026 - while remembering the interconnectedness of all places, and of the histories that brought us here. Virtual event, plus live screening in JBD Free with RSVP
