IPD Trunk-or-Treat

Families can join the Independence Police Department and community partners for an evening of trick-or-treating, costumes, and police vehicles on display. Concurrently, local activities and markets (such as the Boo & Browse BOO-tique Market) feature festive community vending and seasonal sights.
