Introduction to Belonging Training - Part 1

The Office of Civil Rights & Title IX is offering Introduction to Belonging trainings for the Fall 2026 semester!

Throughout this two-part training, KU employee participants will engage in intrapersonal reflection, learn key concepts, and strengthen interpersonal engagement strategies for fostering belonging in their workplace.

In Part 1, participants will be introduced to and explore key concepts, including but not limited to: belonging, psychological safety, social identities, and bias, through the lens of KU’s IRISE values. Registration is required: rockcha.lk/intro-belong.

Ensure you register for both Part 1: Foundational Concepts, and Part 2: Discussion. Individuals should not attend a Part 2 session unless they have completed Part 1.
