Queer Garden Network: Guerrilla Seed Shakers & Potluck

Bring your scraggly seed heads and leave with a shaker full of wildflowers! Join Queer Garden Network for a free evening of seed cleaning, shaker filling, and community connection.

6:00–7:00 PM: Seed cleaning and shaker filling

Bring native seeds however they come, stems and fluff included. We’ll thresh and clean them together, then fill spice shakers and small jars for guerrilla gardening. Extra seeds and shakers are available, so nobody leaves empty-handed.

7:00–8:30 PM: Potluck and hangout

Share food, relax, and connect with other queer gardeners. Vegan stew is provided. A dish to pass is welcome but not expected. You’re welcome to come just for the potluck.

Nothing required. Optional items to bring: native seeds from your garden, empty spice shakers or small jars, and a dish to share. Seasoned seed savers and complete beginners are welcome.
