Step into our candle-lit studio and leave the holiday hustle at the door. We’ll settle into gentle Yin Yoga poses, allowing the body to soften and release while we breathe, relax, and simply enjoy the stillness of the season.

Soft instrumental Christmas music will fill the room as candlelight creates a warm, peaceful atmosphere. After practice, enjoy a cozy cup of hot chocolate as we linger in the magic of the moment.
