Yoga for Fascia Health

FASCIA YOGA

New Weekly Class ~ Tuesdays 7-8PM

Your body is held together by an incredible web of connective tissue called fascia—a living, interconnected network that surrounds your muscles, bones, organs, nerves, and joints. Fascia helps support movement, transmit force, and connect the body as one integrated whole.

We’re excited to bring Fascia Yoga to our weekly schedule! This one-hour class is designed to help you slow down, tune into your body, and create more freedom and fluidity in your body.

Rather than working the entire body each week, we’ll alternate between lower-body and upper-body focus, giving each area dedicated time and attention.

Unlike traditional stretching, Fascia Yoga incorporates, gentle loading, myofascial-inspired stretching, longer-held positions, and conscious breathwork. These practices can help reduce feelings of stiffness and tension while supporting mobility, range of motion, body awareness, and relaxation.

Because fascia is richly connected with the nervous system, this slower approach can also create an opportunity to soften not only physical tension, but the stress and holding patterns we sometimes carry in the body.

This class is perfect for anyone experiencing:

Tight muscles or stiffness

Limited mobility or flexibility

Stress-related tension

Postural imbalances

A desire to move with greater freedom and ease

A need to slow down and reconnect with the body

Come unwind the body from the inside out and discover what becomes possible when you give your connective tissue the attention it deserves.

Every Tuesday at 7 PM • 60 Minutes

Lower Body + Upper Body focus alternating weekly
