The Power of Fearless

The Business Record's Fearless Initiative started with a goal to empower Iowa women to succeed in work and life.

In the six years since our launch, we’ve seen the true power of Fearless. Audience members’ lives have been transformed through inspiration, education about topics that helped them better understand themselves and connection with individuals who have helped lift them up. The Power of Fearless Event attendees will be active participants in living our mission. By engaging with other passionate individuals, embracing new perspectives and affirming our own strengths, we can move past our fears with confidence.

Guests will have the opportunity to hear from three inspiring speakers, participate in live content creation that will be featured in Fearless, partake in motivational exercises and connect with others equally passionate about gender equity. We will recognize the Women of Influence Alum of the Year. Supporting this event is an investment in the future of the Fearless initiative and all those who benefit from this initiative. Attendees will leave feeling encouraged to act fearlessly in their individual and collective pursuits to create a better world. Light breakfast items and coffee will be available.
