A Fall Garden Party
Celebrate 75 years of the Edith Farnsworth House with an autumn afternoon on the Farnsworth House terrace and grounds. Enjoy seasonal food and drinks, take in the fall colors along the Fox River, and explore Fertile Ground: Crossroads of Design in Mid-Century Mexico (1930s–1970s).
This year’s celebration also brings the traditions of Día de los Muertos to the Farnsworth House, with an alebrije and ofrenda on view at the site. Discover these vibrant expressions of Mexican art and remembrance alongside the work featured in Fertile Ground.
Guests can also browse the Fall Garden Party silent auction while enjoying the landscape, architecture, and company of fellow Farnsworth House supporters
