About Our Guests
Grant and Bentley Adams are founders of KidFit, an organization dedicated to helping individuals build healthier lifestyles through movement and sustainable habits. Drawing on backgrounds in healthcare, fitness, and wellness, they lead a multidisciplinary team that includes personal trainers, youth fitness specialists, a nurse practitioner, a mental health professional, and other wellness experts. Grant has spent nearly a decade helping children and families overcome health challenges, including his work helping establish a hospital-based clinic focused on pediatric weight management.
