Cold Weather Favorites: Wiener Schnitzel

Learn how to prepare pork cutlets for traditional schnitzel by pounding, breading, and shallow-frying them properly. The class will focus on achieving an evenly cooked, golden-brown, crispy exterior while understanding how oil temperature affects the final texture.

Please bring a container for possible leftovers.
