"Macaroni at Midnight" with Dr. Don Bartlette
In honor of Native American Heritage month, Dr. Don Bartlette will be presenting an autobiographical profile called "Macaroni at Midnight.”
His hopeful story speaks of surviving poverty, speech impediments, school and family violence, child abuse, and an environment of pervasive alcoholism. It further chronicles how one person in a community showed unconditional love, acceptance, and compassion in helping the speaker overcome enormous obstacles to lead a stable and successful life.
