30th Annual Jazz Guitar Festival: Tom Carroll and William Flynn

Denison's Jazz Guitar Festival celebrates its 30th anniversary with a Thursday night concert featuring festival creator Tom Carroll and guitarist William Flynn.

Carroll, retired guitar instructor and coordinator of jazz studies at Denison, created the festival in 1996 to showcase and promote the virtuosity of jazz guitar. He continues to perform around central Ohio. Flynn is a Midwest-based jazz guitarist, composer, and educator. He teaches jazz studies at Wichita State University.
