Homemade Fudge Adult and Child Cooking Class

You’ll make Classic Chocolate Fudge, your choice of Vanilla OR Peanut Butter Fudge, and the regional classic confection, Opera Cream Candies. This class is perfect for adults who want to build candy-making confidence, enjoy a nostalgic treat, and leave with an assortment of handmade sweets to share—or keep for themselves. You’ll learn the techniques behind old-fashioned fudge and creamy confections, from proper cooking temperatures to achieving that smooth, rich texture every fudge lover craves.
