Second Performance: April 25, 2027 at 1pm

Earth-Art-Animals is a multimedia program created by professional musician, Barry Green, that brings Charley Harper's wildlife art to life through music, narration, and video, organized around the Four Elements: Air, Water, Fire, and Earth. The score moves through Beatles, Broadway, Disney, Folk, Jazz, and Classical repertoire, all built around Harper's imagery. The live music “narrating” the beloved visual art of Charlie Harper makes for a multi-sensory experience suitable for ages 6-100!

Barry Green, is a professional bassist and storyteller based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Green performed years as Principal Bassist of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and later wrote The Inner Game of Music, and he has traveled with this program to Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, and across the United States.

This program is the ideal companion to the five month special Charlie Harper exhibit at the Cincinnati Art Museum and Taft Museum’s concurrent exhibit of Edith Harper’s art (Charlie’s talented wife) that are debuting in October of 2026!

Michael Coyan, Director of the Harmon Museum in Lebanon, Ohio, said: "This production bringing Charley Harper's Art to life in music, videos and narration is absolutely incredible."
