Student Allocations Committee Meeting

The Student Allocations Committee meets weekly on Monday evenings to review funding requests from registered student organizations for travel, Academic Competition Teams, and Sports Clubs. Meetings follow a structured, casual hearing format where student groups give short, 10-minute presentations, including a brief Q&A, outlining their budget, event details, and the educational value of their trip. Following the presentations, the committee conducts open deliberations to determine recommended funding amounts, reviews pending legislation, and drafts funding bills for introduction to the Student Senate. All meetings are open public forums held in the K-State Student Union.
