Paint a Pumpkin Contest

It's the Main Library's annual pumpkin painting contest! We’ll supply the pumpkins and painting materials and you bring the creativity. At 1:00 pm we’ll start the movie Halloweentown to watch while we paint. All pumpkins will need to be done by 3:00 pm.

Children and teens ages 5 to 18 are welcome to participate. To compete for a prize, categories will be divided by age. Participants can either leave their pumpkins to pick up the next day, or take them home when they are done. A photo will be taken of all the pumpkins to determine the winners, and they will be notified by phone when the program is over.

Although there will be multiple prizes, one of them is 4 free admission with food and drink to Kerby Farm Pumpkin Patch (passes expires after October 26, 2026)!

Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to receive reminders and notifications you may register, but it is not required to participate. Pumpkins are limited to 20 participants.
