Charcuterie Class (ages 18+)

Join us to learn how to put together a charcuterie board just in time for the holidays! This class will be lead by the folks at The Cheesecake Ninja. Each participant will create their own spread to take home. Each class kit contains three cheeses, two meats, dried and fresh fruit, olives, nuts and either honey or jam. The class portion covers the history of charcuterie and basic techniques for food pairing/how to arrange the food on the board. Participants will be instructed step by step on how to assemble the ingredients to make their own boards to take home with them that day. The regular price for this class is $60 per student, but the library is covering most of it, so it will only be $20! You must register and submit the $20 fee (cash or personal check to CGPL) to be officially registered.
