The Phlegms

The Phlegms are a four-piece post-punk band from Fayetteville, Arkansas, formed in 2016. They are known for blending quivering, melodic vocals with abrasive, riff-driven instrumentation and tackling themes like mental health, relationships, and social tension. They built a following through DIY shows on their way to sharing stages with more notable touring acts. After multiple EPs and a lineup change in 2019, the band released their debut full-length album Gulp in 2025, marking a major step forward in their evolution.
