The CTC Annual Celebration & Member Meeting

What It Is

Our year-end gathering to look back on the year, preview what's ahead, and celebrate our volunteers and CTC Challenge winners. New weekday-evening format this year, with pizza, snacks, and drinks ready at 6:00 PM.

Schedule

* 6:00 PM – Arrival, food & mingling

* 6:30 PM – Year in review, what's ahead, club business & 2027 Race Director intros

* 7:15 PM –More time for pizza and mingling

* 7:30 PM – Games, volunteer shout-outs & CTC Challenge awards

* 8:00 PM – Door prizes, music & social hour

* Deadline: November 29th, 2026

* Guests: Guests are allowed, but it is encouraged to limit each member to one guest—include them on the form.

* Household Registrations: You can add a second member from the same household, if you click add a person, and select quick fill.

* Dietary Restrictions: Note any dietary needs (allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free)

* Expired Membership: Membership expired? Renew before you RSVP to be eligible for giveaways
