Decoding GovCon Compliance: Essential Regulations Explained

Government contracting comes with its own set of rules—and understanding them is essential for success. This workshop breaks down key GovCon regulations and compliance requirements in clear, practical terms. Small business owners will learn what they need to know to pursue government opportunities, reduce compliance risks, and confidently navigate the contracting process.

Presenter's Bio: Gina Corce is a Business Development Consultant with the Missouri APEX Accelerator, serving the St. Louis area and 15 surrounding counties. She has a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Education from Florida State University, and ten years of experience in public education. Within that time frame, Gina earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri. Now as a member of the University of Missouri Extension faculty, Gina provides education and counseling to small businesses entering into and pursuing contracts within the government marketplace.

-Please connect 5 minutes in advance to be sure you have a good connection. The workshop begins promptly at 12 PM and concludes by 1 PM.

Occasionally, a SCORE workshop may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Registration fees are non-refundable. If SCORE reschedules or cancels a workshop, registrants will receive a credit equal to the registration fee that may be applied to another SCORE workshop. If a workshop is held as scheduled but a registrant is unable to attend, a recording will be provided when available
