Homeschool Adventures: Ellis Island Experience

Join us for 12 Wednesdays this fall as we celebrate America 250 all semester long! We’ll journey across America and back through time with books, one-of-a-kind experiences and activities to transport us to our American past!

This week – Ellis Island Experience - What was it like for immigrants to leave their homes and move to a strange country? Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience as students take on the identity of a child arriving at Ellis Island and undergo the intake process that comes with the hope of opportunity in a new land.

*Homeschool Adventures sessions and activities are suited most toward homeschooling families with children between the ages of 6-12. A grown-up must stay with and help direct students during all parts of the program, so younger and older siblings are welcome to join in on the adventure.

No registration required. Supplies are limited. Homeschool Adventures is not a drop-off program.
